Arrival Recommendations

Plan to arrive 60–90 minutes before showtime. Early arrival helps you secure convenient parking, breeze through entry, and explore the property’s dining and lounge options before the lights go down. You’ll avoid last-minute lines and have time to check out merchandise inside the Event Centre.

Most events take place indoors, so weather isn’t a major concern. That said, Calgary’s seasons can shift quickly — keep a light layer handy for the walk to and from the car. The grounds feature flat terrain and minimal walking distances from parking to the entrances, making arrival simple for groups and families.

If you’re using public transit, factor in transfer time from the nearest CTrain station. For rideshare, head to the designated zones near the main entrance after the show to streamline pickup. With free on-site parking and plenty of spaces, driving remains the most straightforward option for many guests.

Venue Navigation

The Event Centre is designed for easy flow — you’ll find clear pathways between entrances, seating areas, and amenities. Concessions and bars are located inside the Event Centre during concerts and shows, and restrooms are positioned for quick access so you can get back to your seat before the next song. Merchandise stands often pop up for touring artists, so you can grab a shirt or poster on your way in or out.

Beyond the show, the resort offers multiple bars and lounges, a hotel, a fitness centre, and casino gaming — all connected for a seamless night out. ATMs are available throughout the casino and Event Centre, and free Wi‑Fi keeps you connected between sets. With mostly flat routes and short distances, navigating with a group is straightforward.

Inside the Event Centre, certain shows feature spectacular lighting displays — a perfect reason to arrive on time for the opening moments.

Coordinating with a group? Decide on a meeting point in the lobby or near a designated entrance. If you’re using the Grey Eagle Resort & Casino seating chart to plan seating for friends, lock in your sections early — popular floor and VIP areas can go quickly, especially for Grey Eagle Resort & Casino upcoming events.
