PGA Tour Tickets and Schedule

The Pga Tour schedule is your roadmap to the biggest week-to-week stages in men’s professional golf—an annual run of tournaments that builds toward the FedExCup Playoffs and the FedExCup title. Established in 1968 and headquartered in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, the PGA Tour organizes and operates professional golf tours in North America, including the primary PGA TOUR circuit. If you love the strategy, precision, and pressure of tournament golf, there’s nothing like seeing it unfold in person—shot by shot, hole by hole.

A major turning point in PGA Tour history came in 1968, when tournament players separated from the PGA of America to form a distinct players’ tour organization. Another defining milestone arrived in 2007 with the start of the FedExCup, a modern points-based season championship that created a clear season-long title race culminating in a playoff series. Along the way, PGA Tour events include long-standing, high-prestige stops like The Players Championship (often branded as the tour’s flagship event), plus annual favorites such as the WM Phoenix Open, Memorial Tournament, Arnold Palmer Invitational, and Genesis Invitational.

The PGA Tour has also been shaped by iconic figures who made tournament golf must-watch entertainment. Tiger Woods is widely credited with transforming golf’s popularity and economics during his prime, while legends like Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer helped define tournament golf’s history and fandom across decades. Fans have also followed stars such as Phil Mickelson, Rory McIlroy, and Jordan Spieth, with storylines ranging from the culturally prominent Tiger Woods vs. Phil Mickelson rivalry to the recurring narrative of U.S.-based stars battling elite international talent in weekly fields and team competitions like the Ryder Cup and Presidents Cup (where many PGA TOUR members participate).

In-person, PGA Tour events are built for fans who want to choose their own adventure. You can “walk the course” and follow groups on foot, or post up in grandstands at key holes and watch the tournament come to you. Some stops are famous for signature atmospheres—like the WM Phoenix Open’s 16th hole, known for stadium-style viewing and unusually loud crowd involvement for golf, or The Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass, where the par-3 17th “island green” is one of the most recognizable holes in the sport. And behind the scenes, many tournaments rely on strong volunteer committees—part of what gives PGA Tour events their unique community identity. TicketPurchase.com makes it easy to be part of the excitement with secure tickets, real-time seat maps, and verified checkout.

Pga Tour Seating Charts and Venue Information

The PGA Tour competes at rotating venues throughout the season, with tournaments hosted at many courses rather than a single home venue.
